Roots by Genetic Arts offers over-the-counter (OTC) hair care and hair growth support products, including but not limited to peptide serums, conditioning shampoos, and oral supplements. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full purchase price.

3.3 Subscriptions

If you subscribe to our products for recurring delivery, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service or through your account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to avoid being charged for that shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs..

5.2 Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
