Refund policy

At Roots by Genetic Arts, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality hair care products and experiences for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter in a fair and transparent manner.

If you are dissatisfied with your order or product(s) for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the order date at help@rootsbyga.com. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request. We carefully review each request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or credit. A partial or full refund may be approved depending on the circumstances. We are unable to accept returns of supplements or opened hair care products.

Please note that refunds or other resolutions will be provided only in specific cases after a thorough review of your request. The resolution offered will take into account the nature of your concern and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Roots by Genetic Arts monitors refund activity to prevent abuse and reserves the right to limit refunds, credits, or exchanges at our discretion. Our customer service team is empowered to make decisions in accordance with this policy, and we kindly ask customers to respect these decisions.

For international orders, we do not refund shipping charges, duties, or taxes. Additionally, we do not recommend using third-party shipping solutions to send our products outside of the U.S., as we cannot be responsible for any losses or issues with the shipment and cannot accept returns, replace orders, or provide refunds in these situations.

Please also note that merchandise purchased by customers outside of the U.S. cannot currently be returned.
