Thinning Hair
Hair that looks thinner at the part, the temples or the crown usually has more than one thing going on. This is the routine we built for it: a shampoo that treats the scalp, a serum that goes in after, a supplement that works from the inside, and a roller that helps the serum do its job.

Why hair starts to look thinner
Thinning rarely shows up as one dramatic change. It is a wider part, a ponytail that feels smaller, more scalp showing under bathroom light. Underneath, the strands themselves are getting finer and the growth cycle is getting shorter, so each hair spends less time growing and more time resting.
Three things tend to drive that: hormonal pressure on the follicle, low-grade scalp inflammation, and follicles that simply are not getting what they need to build a thick strand. Most products address one of these. The routine on this page is built to cover all three at once, from the outside and the inside.
How the routine fits together
Shampoo. Most shampoos clean and leave. Ours is the treatment step. Copper peptides, 11 amino acids and a set of plant actives sit on the scalp while you wash, so the follicle environment improves every time you shower instead of only on the nights you remember the serum.
Serum. This is the daily step. Three clinical peptides, growth factors, NMN and PDRN in a leave-in you apply to a towel-dried scalp. It does not sit on the hair, it goes to the skin. One dropper, once a day, massaged in.
Supplement. Topicals can only do so much if the body is not supplying the building blocks. The Triple-Pathway formula supports the three internal drivers of thinning with 14 ingredients at doses that actually do something, rather than a megadose of one vitamin.
Derm roller. Optional, but it is the cheapest way to make the serum work harder. Rolling the scalp two or three nights a week before you apply the serum helps the actives reach where they need to go.
If you only buy one thing, buy the serum. If you buy two, make it the Longevity Stack. The System is for people who have already decided to do this properly.
Who this is for
Men and women noticing early to moderate thinning. A visible part, less density at the temples or crown, more shedding in the shower than there used to be. It is also a good fit for people coming off a treatment they did not want to stay on, or who want a routine that does not require a prescription.
It is not a fit for sudden patchy loss, which needs a doctor, not a shampoo.
What to expect, and when
Hair grows about half an inch a month, so nothing in this category works in two weeks, including ours. Weeks one to four, the scalp feels different and shedding in the shower usually settles. Weeks four to eight, existing hair starts to look and feel thicker. Twelve weeks is when you take a photo and compare. Give any routine that long before you judge it.
Questions we get a lot
Can I use this with minoxidil or finasteride?
Yes. Nothing in the routine interferes with either. Apply the serum first, let it dry, then your other topical.
Do I need all three, or can I start with one?
Start with the serum. Add the shampoo when your current one runs out. Add the supplement when you are ready to commit for three months.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. The shampoo is sulfate-free and the serum goes on the scalp, not the lengths.
How often should I use the derm roller?
Two or three nights a week, before the serum, on a clean dry scalp. Not every night.
